|The NewRN team was initially made up of a variety of nurses from all areas of healthcare. As we expanded, we attracted other like-minded medical professionals to our team. Although the majority of our membership is made up of nurses, we continue to welcome other like-minded health and medical professionals. We are a diverse group of leaders who have come together to share our skills and talents as we make a difference in our own lives and others in the world around us.
We are passionate in our desire to work, live, learn and give - all in a balanced llife.
Here are just a few of the members of our NewRN team:
Lisa was born in Minnetonka, Minnesota and graduated from St. Mary's Nursing School in Minneapolis, MN. She retired from clinical nursing to build a successful home based business in 2001. She’s been married to Brian for 20 years and has 2 Children: David - 17, Ashley 14. She is currently enrolled in the International Institute of Clinical Nutrition Certification Course. Lisa says, "As a nurse, I love helping people! This business allows me to continue to educate others on health, wellness, supplementation and healthy lifestyle. Working from home gives me the time freedom to spend with my family, volunteer at school and serve the community weekly by delivering meals on wheels to the elderly. Now I can have it my way!"

After graduating from Nurses Training from the Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center, Patty focused on maternal-child health education and women's wellness. While developing her career, she placed primary interest on the well-being of her own family and three children. As her children left for college, Patty and her husband considered a number of entrepreneurial projects but focused on a home-based business to allow more personal and professional freedom. After nine years of developing a cooperative team model for others to achieve their maximum personal potential, she has realized life-long goals. Learning to strive for balance in her life has been an invaluable challenge. In addition, it has allowed her the personal time to commit to her family of three adult children and six grandchildren. Leaving a positive legacy for those to follow is a personal passion. "I truly see the NewRN team and USANA opportunity as an avenue for others to discover their own 'perfect path' toward achieving true health, happiness and financial success."
